Wesley entered travel in the 1980s and never really left. What began as a first season overseas became four decades of building companies, chasing waves, crossing borders and — eventually — writing it all down.
His work as an entrepreneur spans travel and tour operations, airlines and aviation, European distribution, manufacturing, medical devices, scientific detection technology, software, artificial intelligence and aerospace. He is Founder and CEO of PURE ONE Group, invests in and acquires businesses he can help grow, and continues to develop new ventures at the intersection of storytelling and technology.
But Wesley describes himself first as a storyteller. His memoirs and novels return, again and again, to memory, place and the people who quietly shape a life — the summers that never quite ended, the harbour lights we still see when we close our eyes, and the strangers who somehow stayed.
